Use the evidence.
Do not overstate it.

OriginFlux is a technical inspection and documentation tool—not a court, notary, authorship detector, or ownership registry.

1. Acceptance

By using OriginFlux, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Permitted use

You may inspect files you own or are authorized to process. You may not use the service to violate privacy, intellectual-property, contractual, security, or other legal rights.

3. What results mean

Metadata findings report readable data present in the inspected file. Missing metadata does not establish origin. Generation signals are text or container evidence, not a reliable determination that arbitrary media is AI-generated. SHA-256 fingerprints identify exact bytes, not a person or legal owner.

4. Creator declarations

Creator names, workflow notes, AI-use statements, titles, and other manifest fields are supplied by the person building the report. OriginFlux does not independently verify those declarations.

5. Content Credentials

Local credential-signal detection is not cryptographic validation. Use a standards-based verifier to inspect and validate Content Credentials.

6. No legal guarantee

Reports are organizational records. OriginFlux does not guarantee authenticity, authorship, copyright ownership, legal admissibility, platform acceptance, revenue, traffic, or business results. Obtain qualified professional advice for legal or compliance decisions.

7. Clean copies

Metadata cleaning creates a re-encoded copy. Re-encoding may change file size, compression, color handling, transparency behavior, or fingerprints. Keep your original.

8. No active checkout

OriginFlux is not currently selling digital products or collecting payment information. Any future offer will state its contents, license, price, delivery method, refund terms, and applicable provider policies before purchase.

9. Availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Browser support, standards, third-party platforms, and file formats can change.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OriginFlux is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the tools or reliance on a report.
